New Social Network for Citizen Scientists
I'm happy to announce a new social network for citizen scientists using Crowd Vine, social networking software created by my friend, Tony Stubblebine.
It's my hope that the social network will be a tool for people to get visability as a community of citizen science enthusiasts, regardless of the projects they participate in.
To join the community, just create an account and answer what profile questions you like. You can upload a photo of yourself and tell us a little bit about you. If you like, use the feature to add RSS feeds from your blog, Flickr, or other services and then anything you post to those will show up on the home page for the network. I've also some questions that you can answer to tell us more about your citizen science activities.
I hope you can join the network now!
